To provide on site technical service and coordination between ICI technical  / sales & customer in terms of site trial & supervision i.e. sample panel preparation, application guidance, inspection and job site monitoring & service report for the key projects.

To provide support to Sales in resolving major product application or performance complaints which falls outside the expertise of Sales Reps / Engineer by leading investigation into finding out root causes of a problem & ensuring corrective actions are carried out

To organize technical seminars for training & updating commercial reps and potential customers on paints / applications technology and new product attributes / uses.

To be the first local contact with Government coatings related Bureau for information, product testing and certification

To ensure all products are used in accordance with ICI SHE and application requirements and ensure the product technical and safety data sheets are available & updated for customers when necessary.

To facilitate the setting up of Best by Test trials to evaluate the performance of new ICI products versus existing & competitors products. Subsequently provide feedback from such trial or general market information for product upgrade or new product development to the Technical Development team.
