CSS Specialist (Color Solution Specialist) |

Main Responsibilities:
- The steward of in-store tinting hardware out in the market incl. dispenser, shaker, UPS, PC etc. Being responsible for machine installation within agreed service lead time.
- Full responsibility on smooth operation of the assigned 25 machines. Implement the calibration program for the machines so that all calibration and maintenance are completed and records kept as required by statutory.
- Quick response to customer request and effective on-the-spot solution to ensure machines’ efficient utilization.
- Regular audit of machine maintenance to minimize downtime and assist Regional Retail Tinting Manager to conduct training to channel partners and sales team.
- Communicate with machine suppliers ensure the backend supporting.
- Coordinate internal recipe updating and spare parts management process.
- Involve in TSS opening process, take the responsibility coaching complementary sales, application service setting up. Drive additional sales through value added service, build and tracking stores sales KPI.
- Assist to manage CSS stores, evaluate store KPI, display, store sales and data tracking. Reinforce store performance improvement.
- The CSS Specialist’ performance will be measured against below KPIs:
-OTIF of installation -No. of customer / sales complaint -Speed of response to customer / sales & quality of problem solving -Machine down time / up time -Customer feedback (U&A) -No. of TSS store opened with standard quality, sales volume incremental in assigned stores. -Quality in CSS performance SSHE compliance
Job Requirements:
- College graduate from Science Department.
- Good engineering background and IT knowledge.
- Market experience preferred but not necessary
- Approachable, helpful & open personality.
- Diligent and can work under pressure.

- Provide daily support to sales force and DDCN owner across Northwest cluster.
- Assist in implementation of operational initiatives to drive store excellence and profitability
- Coordinate with training team to provide systematic trainings to store staff
- Conduct regular on site store audit including store manager coaching and operations management and provide feedback
- Work with training team on DSOP development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.

DRP Planning Officer |

Main Responsibilities:

Execute DRP plan daily in light of sales forecast and actual sales, implement transfer plan between plant and external warehouse to meet customer demand. maintain BPCS relevant data to make DRP report being running properly.

Control FG stock level in RDC to optimize Working Capital.

To identify and highlight capacity gaps between production capacity and business forecast demand so that early action can be taken to address the situation.

Communicate with sales team to smoothing demand fluctuation impact

Be responsible for the FG outstation inventory and make sure no Slow moving and Obsolete stock generation, and take initiative actions to help to reduce SLOB stock level.

Long-term /Short-term capacity plan for production and logistics

Coordinate with other departments to get strong support from them and offer best service to them.
Job Requirements:

3~4 years above related working experience.
